What Neal offered us, from a numbers perspective, was comparable and competitive with each of these other loan sources, and the PMI rate we got with Neal was actually much better than the others. But the customer service aspect is what really set Neal and his team apart. I also can’t forget to mention, it took Neal’s team only 8 business days to close out our loan from the time we went under contract, which is incredibly fast. We will make sure all of our family members and friends use Neal with their future moves. Although we hope we’ve found our forever home now, we would use Neal again for any real estate transaction, without any second thought.
